1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Ice Hut Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

Ice Hut Technologies provides software development services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI & automation solutions, IoT solutions, and SaaS/MVP development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to a separate written agreement that will outline specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules. The terms of this general agreement apply unless specifically modified by the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the work product created by Ice Hut Technologies shall remain with Ice Hut Technologies until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the work product will transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project. Late payments may result in suspension of work and may incur additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays in client response may affect project timelines and may result in additional charges.

7. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for our work as specified in the project agreement. Support and maintenance services may be available under separate agreement. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, hosting, or client modifications to the code.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ice Hut Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Work product will be delivered as specified in the project agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
