1. Overview
Ice Hut Technologies provides custom software development services. Due to the nature of our services, which involve custom development work tailored to your specific requirements, our return and refund policy differs from traditional product returns.
2. Service Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to Ice Hut Technologies. Upon cancellation:
- You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any deliverables completed up to that point will be provided to you
- Work in progress will be stopped immediately upon cancellation
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable for work already completed
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Before Project Commencement
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any administrative fees as specified in your project agreement.
3.2 After Project Commencement
Once work has begun on your project, refunds are generally not available for completed work. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues you may have with the delivered work.
3.3 Unsatisfactory Work
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues. We may offer revisions, corrections, or in exceptional circumstances, a partial refund as determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Revision Policy
Most projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges. Revisions must be requested within the warranty period specified in your project agreement.
5. Warranty Period
All completed projects include a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) during which we will fix any bugs or defects that are our responsibility. This warranty does not cover:
- Changes requested after project completion
- Issues caused by third-party services or hosting
- Modifications made by you or third parties
- Issues arising from misuse or improper implementation
6. Digital Products and Deliverables
Once code, designs, or other digital deliverables have been provided to you, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind our work and will address any legitimate concerns about quality or functionality within the warranty period.
7. Payment Disputes
If you have concerns about charges or payments, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving payment disputes fairly and promptly. All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) that prevent us from completing a project, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include project extension, partial refund, or alternative arrangements.
9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel a project, please:

- Include your project reference number and reason for cancellation/refund request
- We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
